I totally trust Loma Linda and their plant based food. This is a quick one-minute microwave meal that would be perfect to keep at your desk when you cant get away for lunch. The taste was OKAY. I am in Hawaii and expected a more pineapple, tropical taste, but this didnt have it. I add my own panda orange chicken bottled sauce or some simple bar-b-que sauce to add flavor. I may consider trying other flavors as it is easy and a great plant based option.

My hubby and teen daughter are not strict vegans but both love these. They cook (microwave) quickly and are a great lunch on the go. Very tasty. Hawaiian bowl is not spicy but some of the other flavors (like chipotle bowl) are very spicy.

Recommend Hawaiian bowl!

I addled other ingredients such as scrambled egg, crushed peanuts etc. as mentioned in the reviews, there is very few noodles.

I really enjoy the ease of this product. I take them to work and eat them as a snack. I will definitely order more. I wish there was a variety pack.

Great spice level and filling. Perfect for taking to work (if you have access to a microwave) or eating at home for a meal or snack. I usually add a tablespoon of soy sauce to mine, but it is delicious right out of the package.

Recently, I've been experiencing a Pad-Thai crave, and as I was doing my regular shopping for Loma Linda veggie meat, I stumbled across this peculiar blue packaging on Amazon. After tasting the product, this turned out to be the worst Loma Linda product I have ever consumed. After heating in the microwave, all you can taste (and ironically, smell) is a spicy, but bland heat, oil, and veggie meat. The vegetables were tasteless, and so was the other mush inside the blue bag, even with the 1210mg worth of sodium dumped into the concoction. I have tasted better meal kits from Great Value -Walmart for double the amount at half the cost. As much as I love spicy food, the spice seriously drained out the other flavors within the pad thai dish. Although there is verbiage on the package that this could be a "meal starter," I recommend turning elsewhere and making your own pad-thai dish with ingredients from your local grocery.

TL;DR - Do not buy.

I keep trying Loma Linda meals thinking I must be missing something. They always have good reviews. This one was another disappointment. The serving size is ridiculous for the price, particularly the tiny handful of noodles you get in a PAD THAI meal. The texture is just unpleasant. And based on the look of the sauce, I was hopeful it would have good flavor. But it has that same specific sweetness that all Linda Loma meals do, that makes them all taste the same. The ratio of protein to noodles is good, but probably just because you don't get a lot of noodles. This also has some heat, in a burn your tongue way rather than a depth of flavor way. I need to just stop giving these a chance. But especially at this price for such a small portion. Noodles are cheap!! It shouldnt be a problem to put more noodles in.
