    I've never spent so little money for such effective pain relief. I have 5 herniated discs in my lower back which often gets inflamed and locks up. I roll on this for 10 minutes or so and 90% of the pain is gone, I can walk straight without leaning due to a locked up lower back. It's amazing on my piriformis, like hurts so good. When I get up, I feel amazing.

    The quality is excellent. No issues even with a couple cats occasionally trying to sharpen their claws. I have a few trainer friends that introduced me to this roller and I've never had so much relief so so little money and time expenditure.

    I got the smaller version of this because I have a small living room and it works great!
    - The foam is solid.
    - the size works well in small spaces.
    - Affordable option.
    - I feel great after loosening my glutes and thighs after this!
    - Small enough to use against a door if you need less pressure or specific spots you can't get on the floor.

    This is a great product and does exactly what it is designed to do. It performs on par with others I have purchased. The density is good and the length is useful for multiple positions. A 3 would have been if it only did its job the 4 is because of the price. While and excellent product a 5 is reserved for the exceptional.

    Build quality is astounding, i used it to replace one of the foundation bricks that hold up my house, its been holding steady for 19 months. Best buy of my life. It it easy to use, since it squeezes into tight spots. It is comfortable, i use it to box too, i punch it like a heavy bag, it relieves pain well because i get so mad and i consider anger as pain, its workout effectiveness is amazing bc i hit 210 heart rate then make a trip to the hospital, and the color is amazing because it blends in with the dark and i cant see the foundation to my house

    Good sized roller and seems good quality so fingers crossed it holds up. It is firmer as some noted, but was clearly noted to be as such so it appears in order. Hope it lasts for some time. Good add to the home gym set up
