- Andrew NorlingExcellent!Excellent story that gives readers/listeners a good understanding of the history of the mountain men and delights and entertains readers/listeners with some of the harrowing stories of men like Jim Beckworth, Hugh Glass, and the notorious Jim Bridger. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in the mountain men.

- Gregory LathinghouseAwesome BookAwesome book, was very interesting to listen to. Had a long car ride and listened to this the whole way.
- Ron G.Main point in "book" is simply repeated over and over. Waste of time. This "book" is a joke. The entire contents could have been covered in two pages max! The author repeats himself over and over again. The "book" speaks in generalities mainly and only lightly covers the lives of three men. The thing is a waste of time and money.
