The purpose of this book is to give a positive lift to your life, to help you feel better about yourself. The format is one I think will fit into most lives as it isn’t too time consuming nor does it require a great deal of technique. It is meant to be simple but to offer deep thought-provoking results.
Interestingly, Facebook suggested her as a friend. So, I clicked the friend request button and didn't think much of it. But then I got a message from her asking why I wanted to connect. I guess it was meant to be for me to reach out to her, since she'll be featured in my next book.
I loved how Eileen Troemel broke down each lunar cycle and the associated energy for it in just fifteen minutes a day. There are three meditations per cycle, covering basic preparation and grounding, with little chants of affirmations thrown in. but fifteen minutes is all you need but you could also take more time if needed or wanted. The hand-drawn illustrations were adorable. At the back of the book, she included samples of two other books she wrote - Try Moments in Life and Wayfarer Aegis - in case you're interested in checking out her other work. If you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, this book is definitely for you!
