There are recipes for everyone from parents with kids to seniors who want simpler things. Directions are easy to follow and there are great tutorials for those of us who are still learning.

I'm usually not the fancy shmancy type when it comes to cooking, but this has broadened my horizons. It explained cooking techniques and new ingredients well enough that I felt confident trying them.

I love the recipes in Taste of Home! I am a recipe fanatic and am always on the look out for new things to try or to make old recipes new. This has been my favorite magazine forever. Give it a try if you love to cook or just want to spice up your menu.

There is always one or two (or more) recipes in Taste of Home magazine that sounds interesting that my husband and I would like to try. Trying out new things can be a good thing

3.0 out of 5 stars I don't know what flavor it is

They need to have actual humans check what the computer says we should rate.

I don't know how thick or warm it is and I suspect the flavor would be awful.
However, it's a good book. Lots of real life recipes people make that don't require advanced degrees to follow and something for every taste.
My only wish is that they had an index like the paper magazines do. If I know there's a recipe for fudge cake in an issue but don't remember which one I would have to go through every page of every issue to find it and that isn't going to happen.

5.0 out of 5 stars always great

I love that they must make all their recipies. Some books of others I have bought have not come out right at all and it makes me think that many others never test their recipies. Taste of Home always comes out great.
