The Plantronics Savi W745 is a must have for anyone that spends lots of time on the phone for work. Its extra battery means it never runs out and being able to easily switch from computer to cell phone to desk phone is perfect. Sound quality is fantastic. People I talk to have said they can't even hear it when the vacuum is on in the background! And I cannot recommend the Headset Guys enough. I bought 2 of these refurb. One was broken. They responded to my message within hours and immediately shipped out a replacement. They were fantastic!

This is the second one of these I purchased.
The first was in awful condition and did not include all of the earpiece parts.
I ended up sending it back for a refund.
This one works and looks perfect.
I have used one of these units in my office for the last 2 years and it has been great, so I decided to get one for my home office phone.
Set up was very easy and all works well even without the special cord, I just use the headset button on my Yealink phone to use the headset for that and the buttons on the dock for everything else.
This is a good supplier.

These "renewed / refurbished" don't appear to be put through any sort of QA. The recharger part of the cradle had a broken prong (the part that actually makes contact with the battery terminals in order to recharge) and would not charge or recognize the headset at all. Returned for a replacement (hopefully 2nd time lucky), but if this one doesn't work we'll just return it for a refund and chalk it up to experience with Amazon refurbs.

This is well worth the money. It connects easily to a variety of communication apps. It will also connect with your cellphone. You can make calls on your cellphone and pc with the push of a button. Great fit on the ear (left or right ear) with options for a headset or behind the head attachments. Has separate mic gain and ear volume controls. Bluetooth connection to you computer.

I bought this from my wife as she works from home. She says it’s very comfortable and the clarity is really great. She also liked the fact that it come with a spare battery and extra ear adapters so you could find which one best fits you. It also has noise canceling, which she really Likes.

Purchased this refurbished as I didn't want to pay the full price, incase it doesn't work well. Kind of hesitant since I've always purchased things brand new. Decided to give it a try. First the battery that was attached to the headset, kept beeping but the extra one worked fine. I do get some noise and it did take a while to get it connect and placed in the correct place so that it doesn't echo. Had a weeks worth of calls on this and it's been great. Reached out to the vendor regarding the battery not holding a charge and they sent out a replacement. I just got it so, i'll see how it holds up.

I'll update this review, but very happy with this purchase and hopefully a refurbished on holds up. Definitely will buy from the same vendor, as I appreciate the personal message on the invoice and their response.
