If you're gonna buy any electronics, best to get from the best! This is my third Bose product and I couldn't be happier. The sound quality is superb and it arrived in pristine condition.

4.0 out of 5 stars Sound quality lives up to the Bose reputation. Bluetooth is a struggle.

I have always struggled with soundbars that are unable to output dialogue at similar volume and clarity as everything else. I turn it up so I can understand what they are saying and get blasted with music and sound effects. So I either hold the remote in my hand to turn it up and down constantly or just turn on the closed caption. The reviews on this product claimed to be the solution I have been looking for and I'm happy to report did just that. Sound effects and music are a little louder than the dialogue, but I can hear every word just as clearly. My only complaint of this product is keeping the Bluetooth connection intact when turning on the device or just returned to resume a program after a lengthy pause. 80% of the time it has to be synced again. If the speaker is turned off, it has to be synced again every time. There IS a function that allows the speaker to recognize and sync when it detects sound from the tv. However, it only works about half the time and you have to deal with an annoying beep every few minutes as it seeks a connection. I have been unable to find a way to turn that beep off, so I turned this function back off in order to keep my sanity intact. *Note - I will put up with the Bluetooth issue because everything else is worth it. Thank you Bose for not making me think I was losing my hearing.

1.0 out of 5 stars Bass vibrates

Good sound but the bass vibrates/ crackling, guess that's why it was a refurbished. Ordered a new one and it sounds great, much better than the crappy TV speakers. The new one is well worth the extra money

3.0 out of 5 stars No really impressive sound
Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2022
I have used other Bose speakers in the past (like the iPod Docking Station) and bought the Bose TV soundbar thinking about the excellent sound quality experience that I had so far with this brand.

While this bar does not have a bad sound at all, it does not impress at all. Bass is ok but voices sound sometimes like you are listening to a cheap speaker.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not a genuine Bose speaker

I could not get Dialog Enhancer to work. I called Bose who, after some research, told me I did not have a genuine Bose speaker.
