    The watch did not work. I've been trying for weeks. Waited for hours and it never charged completely, could not use it at all cause it did not work. I would like to know if I can return it and change it for a new one (paying the difference). This one was a renewed. I will never buy something "renewed" again... a really bad experience.... wasted my money...

    I bought this to replace my Versa that broke while I was diving. Note - don't dive deeper than 15 feet with a Fitbit. It is refurbished but works like new, looks like new and is great for the price. I didn't want to upgrade as the original Versa is perfect for what I need.

    SCAM ALERT. Listen to the reviews. Does not work. Stuck on language screen. Did not connect to Fit it App. Purchased October 26, 2024. Received Oct 27. Returned Oct 29 and will not get refund until December 5. Give me my refund as fast as you stole my money. And I say stole because you knew the product didn't work when you sent it.
