Received this refurbished Panasonic phone on 5/2/20. So far, looks brand new and works like new. No problem pairing phone to our master Panasonic phone, instructions very clear. Excellent quality and value.

I bought a 4-pack of Panasonic wireless phones and then discovered I needed a 5th handset. I ordered this one which is not identical but identified as compatible with the ones I had bought. I had to program this one to match the others. It took 7 or 8 tries but it finally took. It has been fine for the last 5 months. This handset is more rugged than the 4-pack ones, and its base is different. The This phone does not fit in the other bases and vice versa. But all the phones work fine.

I bought this as a replacement for a phone that accidentally got left outside in the rain. They dont like water I have tried numerous times to register (pair) the unit to the base. I followed the instructions that cam with it and also checked online. The phone is identical to the other remote units that i already have. But it refuses to pair. It is worthless.

I wanted to add an extension phone for my workshop. Figured I wouldn't use it as often as the house phone so I opted for a "renewed" version and save 10 bucks. I was surprised and very pleased to find this handset actually looks brand new. I followed the directions and pared it with the base phone in just a few minutes. I now have a very convenient telephone out in my workshop!
