I’ve been using the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 MAX for a while now, and overall, it’s been a fantastic wireless gaming headset for all my gaming platforms. However, there is one major issue that buyers should be aware of: the microphone is very fragile and can easily break off if you’re not careful.
Comfort and Fit
The comfort level is excellent. The headset sits well on my head for long gaming sessions without causing discomfort. The ear cushions are soft and breathable, making it comfortable for hours of use. It’s also lightweight, so it doesn’t feel heavy or cumbersome during extended play.
Great Sound Quality
The sound quality is another standout feature. The amplified audio makes everything sound rich and immersive. Whether I’m playing on my console or PC, I can hear every detail, from footsteps to explosions, which really enhances the gaming experience. Fragile Microphone
The only downside—and it’s a significant one—is the microphone. While it works well for voice chat, it is very fragile. I accidentally applied a bit of pressure while adjusting it, and it snapped off much too easily. It’s a design flaw that you should be cautious about, as I’ve seen others mention similar experiences. Aside from this issue, the headset has been perfect, but the mic’s fragility is definitely something to keep in mind.
