I'm fortunate this stopped working in time for me to return the product. The handset volume was low and the sound quality was bad. I opted to use the speaker as a result. Other than that the phone worked for almost 2 and a half months, could call out and receive calls. Then it just stopped working properly. My outgoing calls always received a busy signal. I contacted my VOIP provider and they attempted to reconfigure the phone but they couldn't access it through the internet We received an error message that the phone was blocked by a firewall or anti-virus program. My tech support worked for hours to find a problem and solution with my whole system to fix the issue. My system was fine. All setting were proper and no limitations were found to prevent access to the phone. I contacted my internet provider to go through their router and modem to find a solution and they to after two hours of work found nothing. The only thing the phone does is give me a dial tone. For that reason I am returning the phone. I would not recommend the Yealink T48G. I think it is clearly an inferior product.

I bought it for VOP service ( Nextiva) but didn’t work. I wasted my money. I also forgot to return it on time.

I have tried factory resetting the phone and entering in the default password and it still does not work. I need the seller to write back what the password is. The phone is a brick unless i have that password.

It's locked in to a Dutch IP address and without it being unlocked there is nothing I could do with it.

The default password does not work and cannot login to phone to change parameters. Need way to contact seller to find out new password
