Had to do a last minute rollout of Ring Central due to a problem with a POTS line...ordered 14 of these from Amazon's refurb and was impressed. Most of them had a few cosmetic scuffs and scrapes, but the touchscreens were all flawless. For 1/3 of the the price of a brand new phone I am very happy with my purchase and my employees who were used to 30 year old POTS phone were blown away by the touchscreen and smart features that Ring Central brought in. Would gladly buy from this seller again for this need again!

The fact that I can't use it as a normal phone They how not exactly Describe the item as they suppose to! I bought this item to be able to use as a normal phone but when I received it I found a note saying that the item won't work if I use it as a normal phone

Shipped from Dynamic Commsource, LLC. Arrived clean. Labels are correct. No MAcs on outside of boxes. Added phones to Poly ZTP, configured MACs on our Netsapiens servers, Would not provision to ZTP. Kept locking up. I had to log into each phone via HTTPS, upgrade firmware and manually enter our provisioning server. Also.. phones were not defaulted and they had a provisioning server already listed. Not a huge deal. But it did slow us down a lot. I may have just got a weird batch. I will still order from them since the pricing is great.

We purchased several of these and they were a good price and were easily added to our 3CX phone system. Condition was great, they included new handset cords, and had ethernet cables (new) included as well. handsets in clean working order. Nice phones and the price was right. Will order more. Recommended for 3CX PBX.

Our IT person worked on this phone to get it unlocked. If selling refurbished phones, why do they remained lock?

While I understand that these are refurbished and there may be some marks, when purchasing a renewed phone you would at least expect it to be cleaned. One of the phones was actually just shipped in bubble wrap. No box. Not worth the savings.
