    I installed this booster into my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, I also installed a new master cylinder due to the old one leaking break fluid (that’s what KO my last booster). Upon start up I noticed a hissing sound coming from underneath my master cylinder, there is a groove there to indicate visually if there is a fluid leak and to relieve vacuum from the booster once the truck is shut off.
    So I got my pump out and tested the “new” booster (video included in review) and sure enough it only pulls half the amount of vacuum it should then rapidly drops. This is no good I only have half the power breaking I should. The pedal is very heavy even when the truck is running. I don’t even feel comfortable going around the block.

    Definitely faulty.
    Depending on how they handle this I’ll edit my review but for now, one star.

    Fit perfectly and fixed my brakes and as a bonus, fixed my idle issue because of the vacuum leak!

    This booster is a perfect fit for my 2002 Tacoma Pre Runner and has absolutely increased the performance of my brakes. The only issue I have is that I purchased it last week for $164.64 and today I noticed the price has dropped to $139.29. I should have waited a week for the price to drop but I had no way of knowing. Over all the Booster works great and i recommend this if you are having brake issues.
