This was my first try with a "refurb" and I'll never make that mistake again. The condition of the box upon arrival was a pretty clear indicator but I opened it anyway to see if the amp was still OK/usable. Couldn't even plug it in to test, the cord was inoperable. Packaged up and followed return instructions. Package was picked up by UPS on Oct 20. Still noted as "in-transit" with no refund until they receive the package back, it's been nearly 30 days of "in-transit".
I say AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bad, bad experience.
