I understand that it's refurbished, but it was absolutely filthy (it was sticky and had food caked to it.) and was missing the battery cover. Not that this matters because it wouldn't turn on anyway, even with good batteries. Would like to return it, but the package didn't include a return receipt.
When new, this is great product, though.
