Just installed three of these fans on my back patio, and they look fresh!
Assembly was a bit cumbersome but not too bad. Lots of bags of hardware.. Recommend unpack everything first. Install blades, install down rod (I used the extra short one provided.. many thanks for this option), install light fixture (a bit tricky but okay with magnetic phillips screwdriver), install hanger to joist. I used quality 2” deck screws as provided hardware was too long. Wiring is simple though the wire nuts in the kit are poor.. replace with quality yellow wire nuts.
Great little fans! Function and appearance are excellent!
