    Works exactly as I had hoped. The only defect I noticed was a cosmetic piece on the bottom of the paper tray is cracked, and very well could have occurred in shipping. Printer looks brand new otherwise and you would never think it was a refurbished machine! Had another minor shipping issue that delayed my ability to use it, however the company promptly resolved the issue so the customer service side was very good. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase!

    The printer was advertised as including a printer cartridge. Not only did the printer come without a cartridge, the power cord that came with the printer was incorrect and could not be used with the duplex cartridge in place. As a result, I had to separately purchase both a power cord and a printer cartridge.

    This was an upgrade to a nearly 20-year-old HP LaserJet printer we owned, and we're quite pleased with the reliability, speed, crispness, and ease of connecting the printer to various devices around our home. My only complaint is that it sometimes makes a low hum while idle. It hasn't impacted the function of the printer, however. The printer was shipped without the promised toner, but a quick call to the seller rectified the problem immediately.
