I had been looking for a fan to replace the 20 year old one in my bedroom. When I came across this matte black Hunter I immediately liked it. It is refurbished so I took my chances, I'm glad I did. It came in a generic box. If it weren't for that you would never tell it was refurbished. I absolutely love it, it runs so smooth, so quiet, perfectly balanced no wobble what so ever and it looks very classy. Super high quality.
I must say though Hunter could do a better job with their instructions and mounting system. This is not my first fan I've installed (at least 10 or 12 others) but definitely one of the hardest maybe its because I've gotten old (66) and I was by myself which I don't recommend
