We bought this fan for our nursery and I am very impressed. You wouldn't even know it was refurbished. It looks brand new, all the pieces were there. Very easy to install, the instructions are very step by step. I love the look of the fan, and it puts off nice amount of air on all three settings. I did not receive a remote control with it, not sure if that was supposed to be included. We have bought Hunter fans in the past, always loved them. Nice price. Definitely recommend.
