    I've only had one other smart phone prior to this one but can attest that this one is very well mare. About a year after I purchased this item I fell from my 2nd story hay loft onto my back fracturing 1 vertebrae and herniating a disc in my neck. This phone was in my back pocket and, though the back was badly cracked and dented in, it worked just fine. Though the water proofing couldn't be trusted anymore, I was able to continue using it until I finally replaced it 4.5 yrs later.

    I got this phone because my other one got wet and did not work properly any more. I had this one for about a year and it runs perfectly. It looked like new from the outside and the only thing I had to get was a head set and a protection case. I plan to get a 2nd on for a back up.

    My husband and I each have S10's and are now on our 3rd one each. (we drop them a lot!) The last 4 have been refurbished and unlocked (all 4 from Amazon sellers) and have had no problems. For as long as these phones are around, I'll use them. The cameras are acceptable, the screen size is large enough to use but small enough to not feel like I'm carrying around my wide-screen TV. This particular phone was physically in good shape; no dings, scratches, etc. The did a nice job refurbishing it. It came with a cord and plug-in charger, in a new, clean box. It was unlocked, and I had no issues simply installing the Verizon SIM, and all was good. We used the Smart-switch to transfer the photos, etc. I bit of work to get all the apps right... but it is IT, after all.

    The phone was broken when I received it. The phone had a damaged water sensor. Meaning water damage of the phone, it turned on okay, but I was highly disappointed that the phone came in and was not thoroughly checked before being sent to a customer.

    I ordered two of these phone, but only one arrived. I don’t know what happened to the other one. Phone has minor scratches.

    Service was fine-the seller. Sadly, battery is inconsistent and terrible; it needs replaced. Price should have reflected that. Frankly, not the phone for me. I could not return it on account i broke the screen (1st one ive ever cracked- seems to be super fragile. broke it with my hand, not dropping).
