    This was my first time buying a phone from amazon renewed. I bought mine in excellent condition and it came out great! There was No sign of damage or use, the screen was in perfect condition and the phone itself had no scratches anywhere. Even though I just got the phone a day ago it's working functionality fantastic, phone acts brand new!!!

    The only negative I could possibly say is it seems the battery life isn't what I would expect from a 2024 phone, but then again I am a bit of a power user..
    Positives- FAST shipping. Unlocked and ready to go. Came with charger cable and brick(slow charge, but it was free). Perfect condition.. couldn't even find a single nick on the edges. If you held this and a new one side by side, I wouldn't be able to tell. The chipset is absolutely blazing fast and screen is amazing. Camera amazing. This is the best phone for the money IMO. Ultra is not worth the $350+ more. Definitely will consider this reseller next upgrade!!

    The phones functions super well but I noticed that there were 3 scratches embedded into the phone and 1 on the screen. Other than the scratches 10/10 experience and save you alot of money.

    The first thing I noticed was the shipping box busted on the bottom. Next the camera didn't work (says... camera failed), the flashlight would not work, and it has a lot of glitches and has difficulty with any app that needs these functions. Shame I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24+ T-Mobile unlocked 256GB NEW NOT REFURBISHED. I did not receive that. Quite the opposite actually, a Samsung Galaxy S24+ only unlocked and definitely not new. More issues to be found if I continue to look into this phone 1000%...Ugh, moving on .
    Next, it costs me approximately $40 to activate this phone to my cellular plan. So for sending a bunk model, I'm forced to pay an extra $80 to keep a working phone that i thought was a good buy, but a offhand company:( Amazon says they will fix the issue, haven't heard in days when. Super sad it worked out this way. I'll know better next time. Hopefully others will now as well. Happy phone shopping (anywhere but here)... :(- Really disappointed 10000%

    When I cracked my phone I decided to upgrade. So looked into the new Samsung 24+. I was shocked at the price so decided to go with a refurbished one. The price was not bad. Once I got it the appearance and the quality was great. Couldn't tell it was used at all. So far the performance has been superb. Only issue I had was , Straight Talk doesn't work with this phone even though it's an unlocked phone. So buyer be aware. But other than that it's been great.
