    Easy to hook up with phone. Does everything I expected :) Battery lasts a few days. Syncs with phone. Only complaint is that it isn't bright enough outside. I've tried different watch faces as well.

    The watch worked great for 2 months and then one day, the touch screen stopped working. The watch kept right one keeping time and my alarms kept on ringing. But, without the touch screen, there was no way to access apps or delay the alarms. Amazon was great in refunding my money!

    Worked fine for few charges. Then I recharge it and I could never get it to sync again. Otherwise it was great.

    Great tracker, but changing bands is a nightmare!! My Alta bands were so easy to change, so I was dismayed when trying to change the band on my Versa Lite. Even after I purchased the tool that was supposed to make it easier, it was still a frustrating experience. I hope Fitbit reads these comments. Luv the tracker, hate the band changing!

    Recently purchased this product on Amazon and have had continual issues with it. It does not hold a charge for a full day.

    I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. We had a little trouble in the beginning. But once we got it updated it worked perfectly

    I opened the package and was disappointed right away. No instructions and in a small clear plastic bag. The bands don’t match the watch. The color difference is very noticeable. One of the bands has a defect in it. I don’t normally buy refurbished anything but I took a chance this one time. I will never make that mistake again. I had a Fitbit prior to this one and it lasted for years. The bands matched and instructions included. I had to search Fitbit support to get the how to on this watch. The quality is poor. The value for the money is poor. This is going in the trash
