    I bought a renewed Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from thegizmotrader-renewed, and I’m super impressed! The phone came unlocked and in great working condition and they also added accessories like the charging cable and the power adapter and the sim injector pin. I ran diagnostics using the Samsung Members app, and everything is functioning perfectly—no issues at all.

    For a “good condition” label, the phone looks better than I expected. It’s in great shape for the price I paid, and it feels like a fantastic deal.

    I ordered a 512GB Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to replace my aging Google Pixel 3XL. I was extremely excited to find a great price and placed an order after seeing the good reviews and felt confident in the quality and ease of return since the item is sold and shipped via Amazon.

    Shipping was fast, the item arrived at my post office and I picked it up immediately for inspection. I brought it to two friends that also have S23 Ultras to unbox and get feedback. Immediately I noticed that I had ordered Green and received Lime which was disappointing but not a deal breaker since it would live in a case.

    It powered on and the screen seemed bright without any dead pixels or screen issues that I could see. I clicked the S Pen and it would not come out. My friends showed me theirs and they clicked out easily. It was at this point I noticed there was slight damage to the bottom corner housing of the phone that could have caused binding on the S Pen and was entirely unwilling to investigate further.

    I took a short video showing the condition of the phone, explaining the issue, demonstrating it, and boxed it back up for return. In short within an hour of picking this phone up I went from ecstatic to questionable to downright disappointed and have already sent for a refund. While I applaud the quick shipping and the seller approving the return so quickly I'm still extremely disappointed.

    Gorgeous display, amazingly bright, and really smooth 120hz. As well as a somewhat gimmicky-but-still-fun S-Pen, and a wonderful telephoto camera. The condition was perfect, I could not find a scratch on mine. The battery life was awesome. I did return it, but not for any quality reasons. The phone was way too large, despite having somewhat large hands. The edges were also surprisingly uncomfortable.

    Screen like new but phone has slight signs of use which of course is covered by case anyway, and tolerable considering the several hundreds $$ saved.
    Used samsung app called smart switch to easily pull about everything from a galaxy s7 all the way up to s23 ultra! Verizon sim in s7 also worked fine in s23 ultra.
    So far everything works well.. will update if problems arise.
    The ultra camera is sooo impressive!

    I have been using Samsung Phones for over a decade and have always been impressed with their quality. When smartphones became a thing, I like using the Samsung Galaxy Note line because the stylus always gave me an edge with an extra means to quickly jot down information. I was sad to hear that they got rid of the Note line, but am very happy that they included the Stylus on the Ultra version of the Samsung Galaxy S23. For those people who are unfamiliar the stylus allows you to take a quick note on the blank "closed" screen and has Bluetooth functionality that I personally use to activate the camera and take a photo. Another added feature that not too many people seem to utilize is the DEX functionality. This feature allows you to use your phone as a computer when you connect a Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse. This is done (usually) by using a USB c to HDMI type adapter or dock. This alone is amazing for me because I am able to use my phone as a dedicated desktop while traveling. You can not use Windows or Apple programs as far as I know; you are limited to the apps that are available on the app store (both Google's and Samsung's). This is a great purchase for the price being offered here!

    Size bigger than I thought it would be.
    Amazing screen quality.
    Battery life is good, better than my old phone
    Great sound quality.
    Not gonna try the scratch resistance
    Durability is good and good weight to it.
