    The phone was for my daughter for Christmas. It was the only thing that she wanted, and it was perfect. It looked like a brand new phone. No scratches or anything! She love it. It was also really easy to get it activated

    The media could not be loaded.
    They sent me a non working iPhone 16 after got my info in the phone I can not open it or even reset the phone keeps going off and on the phone don’t charge and gets extremely hot

    I turned in my iPhone 13 early because the battery life wasn’t sufficient to get me through the day anymore. This brand new iPhone 16 indicates that the battery is operating at 100% however it only gets through 3/4 of the day before it needs a charge. This battery seems to less robust than the 3 year old iPhone 13 battery that I turned in. Perhaps I was in too big a hurry to beat the threatened tariffs. BEWARE!

    I wanted to write a review any place I could so people know that they should not purchase the iPhone 16. I purchased one the other day straight from Apple and with in hours it was getting too hot and was incredibly slow. I called tech support and they ran a diagnostic on the phone and nothing was found. The technician then sent me over to the people responsible for returns and the gentleman told me that the over heating was normal and should get better in a couple weeks once the phone "gets to know me" just FYI you can only return the phone within 14 days which is a couple of weeks... This means the sales guy was telling me to keep the phone long enough that I wouldn't be able to return it. I tried to go back to Apple for family convenience but needless to say I will be sticking with my Google Pixel. iPhone controls and functions are clunky and slow and have no normals. Not worth the money in my opinion. Good luck.
