    I'm seriously loving this phone. I'd been eyeing a co-worker's phone for a few years, and when I belatedly realized my Note 9 (which I hardly ever used) was no longer supported, I went for this right away. I think my only disappointment is that the S-Pen doesn't work the same on a Z Fold as it does for the Note. I'm happy with the screen, the battery life, the storage, the reception (not the best where I live, but this phone makes the best of it), the way the apps run, and the feel of the phone--although I keep it in a case, because I drop everything. I've yet to take more than one photo in it, but that one was fine. I may be firmly in the Apple walled garden, with my iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iPad, and MacBook Air, but I hardly use my iPhone anymore; it's now kind of just there to make certain features work on its fruity Companions.

    Some of my relatives who saw my phone over the holidays liked it. They lost interest when I answered their questions about the price, but my point is they were intrigued by my phone!

    If I could, I'd take off half a star for the way Samsung nerfed the S-Pen, but that's not an option. I don't think the loss of that functionality is worth a whole star, so it gets five in my book.

    Previously bought Fold2 & Flip4 from Amazon Renew & they both came in excellent condition. The problem is that too much can go wrong with the hinge on folding phones. I learned my lesson on this Fold4. Excellent condition means no scratches on the screen, which it clearly has. I was willing to overlook, because the process to resolve it is long & tedious. But literally one week in the hinge failed & would not open flat. Also, all 3 folding phones I bought did not come with the screen protector Samsung strongly recommends for the inner screen. In this case I lost $39 because I had to buy one & then return the phone a week later. Be careful with the folders, especially the Fold4 which has a redesigned hinge. If you must have one, do your homework, & if you can hold out, buy new. That being said, the excellent condition brings with it 90 day return/refund so in that aspect it was a safe bet, but they can dock your refund for certain reasons. If you are watching reviews on phones keep in mind that everyone reviews phones when they first come out. What you're looking for is the "after one year", or "problems with the..." reviews. ;)

    The camera performs admirably and is frequently employed in my video productions. It is user-friendly and simple to operate. Its battery life is quite impressive. The screen's protective layer makes it resistant to scratches. Overall, it is a highly capable phone with exceptional processing speed.

    This phone is in perfect condition. Both screens are in excellent scratch Free condition with protective covering on both screen covering the entire screen from end to end. The colors are bright .The picture quality is excellent on both screens. The camera takes fantastic pictures even in low light realistically translating the colors. I have purchased phones from other sellers who rated their phones as excellent but none can compare to this seller's. This phone is perfect.

    The Z fold 4 we received is such an amazing phone. I bought the renewed excellent condition and you literally cannot tell it’s ever been used. My kiddo is extremely happy with the device. Thank you so much for getting it shipped out quickly and for it being top notch quality! I’d share a pic but it hasn’t left the kids hand since it came in ????

    I am super disappointed and unsatisfied with this product. The phone came In completely dead and took an hour just to shut on. It was not excellent because it had a few dents and scratches near the power button. You could tell it had been badly damaged before. I was still accepting of it and made it my fathers Christmas gift. Only to realize that when we were setting up the phone after her even CRIED about the gift. THE WIFI SETTING WOULD NOT TURN ON. DESPITE UPDATING IT TWICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I NEED MY MONEY BACKASAP. I took my business somewhere else.
