    I have purchased 3 one for myself and two daughters. No problems with the watches, we all love them. We all have different Careers and the watches each one of us at many different levels.

    I ordered a renewed watch in excellent condition. I’m not looking for original box but this thing came with scratches all over and looked like it was in fair condition at best. It sat on the charger for at least a half hour if not longer for it to even turn on. This will get returned.

    It’s a good watch, nice and bright and readable in the daylight. The band that came with it is nice too. It would have been nice if it came with directions…had no idea how to change bands…also i had a fit bit for years and they are so intuitive, why cant apple recognize when you are walking and exercising, that is very tedious to start and stop those. I would also have expected music to be able to play out of your watch since it has a speaker. Overall i am not yet sure the benefit of these watches..definitely easier to read than the fitbits. Lastly, it was SUPER SLOW to charge with the charger they sent. Since it’s an Apple Watch they should be sending the apple charging cable AND a usb-c plug, or at least having the option for the plug for those people that dont have it. Tried my neighbors plug and it was charged in an hour, so ordered one from apple for myself.

    Mine has 97% battery health, which is excellent, way more than expected. My issue is with how it looks, because if you’re buying the stainless steel you probably care about the quality, not just the functionality. If this is excellent condition I’m concerned with how “good” & “acceptable” looks. I feel like if it was cheaper I’d be more comfortable with the condition it came in, but it’s too scratched up (even has a some scuffs), for the cost in my opinion.

    It’s all in the title. The watch barely charges and overheats to the point it’s hard to hold. I bought it to keep check of my oxygen levels and that feature is apparently not a thing for people in the USA? Terrible product… don’t recommend.

    Fast charging is a main selling point of this model. It makes wearing the watch for sleep tracking more feasible (and my primary reason to upgrade to this model).

    The knock off charger is USB C– sloooooow charging. Slower than my old USB A charger and weaker magnets that the watch can't hold its own weight on.

    Here's a test

    Apple branded USB C charger I ordered after getting this
    Starting @ About 30%
    After 15 min = 50%
    After 30 min = 80%
    After 45 min = 90%

    Knock off in the box charger:
    Starting @ About 30%
    After 15 min = 40%
    After 30 min = 50%
    After 45 min = 65%
    After 60 min = 75%
    After 75 min = 85%
    I gave up after that.

    The band is meh. Cheaper feeling than Apple's but doable.

    The watch itself is great. I'm satisfied with refurb quart. It's a great deal on a stainless steel model. The steel was not pristine but it was in great shape. Screen was all good. Apple's software says the battery is 100% health.

    the only other thing I can say was about the unboxing experience.... Yes, a thing I normally don't think about I now fully appreciate when others do it right. This unboxing experience is really sad. It drained the excitement from me. The watch was Just barely held into a small brown box with no wrapping. The watch shipped with no battery so I couldn't even power it on to set up right away.

    The Bottom line:
    If this is your first Apple Watch... do it right. Splurge and buy from Apple. But if you were like me, and got that experience before, this is a good deal for an upgrade.
