    Like all Makitas I've tried so far this is an excellent tool. I have the two battery 36volt model, which I love, and decided to give the lighter 18v version to my daughter. It is fairly near the heavier duty model in power but can't blow as long. A very nice household tool!

    I was very impressed with the product. I shouldn’t have been I own a few other Makita LXT powered products and they are all great. Perfect for a small to mid sized yard or larger.

    To begin I really like Makita tools! This one is a complete and utter failure! It has marginal power. It comes with a short, large diameter tube and that's it! A couple more milk cartons and Makita could give you a longer tube! The air intake is right beneath your hands and you will find your clothing being sucked against the impeller grill. The battery is drained into oblivion quickly! Recharge time is lengthly. I expected that I would be buying another quality Makita tool. I was completely wrong!
