    The phone was just as advertised with a renewed premium condition. Battery health came in at 91% and there was only a tiny scratch on the screen. The frame was flawless.
    I have used the phone for a week successfully with no trouble. I am glad I purchased directly from Amazon.

    Impressed with the phone’s new appearance. Screen and shell are perfect in every way. Can’t tell from a new unit from Apple. Battery wise, it has 93% battery life with 263 charge cycles. All features work. Updated iOS to latest version (18.2.1) before transferring data from old iPhone to this new one. Transfer went smoothly. Getting the new iPhone to replace my old one on Verizon took awhile since the MyVerizon app was unsuccessful in getting an eSIM for the new unlocked phone. The old phone had a physical
    SIM chip. Had to call Verizon and get them to manually gen the eSim and activate the line. Anway, it all worked out and the new phone works great. Very satisfied. I would definitely buy Amazon Renewed Premium items again.

    The phone came as expected, in more than optimal conditions. Of course, box and cable are not original but that's mentioned in the description (always read before buying). 100% battery life and around 200 charging cycles. Zero scratches and almost-new condition of the phone. I would buy again from this seller.

    This phone was promised to be “excellent” condition. It was far from that. There was a small scratch in the front and the phone was not completely wiped clean. When I downloaded instagram I was already logged into a teenage girls account. Yikes! Imagine if this phone would have been in the wrong hands! It was packaged rather poorly for something that took so long to arrive. The phone seems to also have some mild software issues which are manageable, but for this price tag and the promise of excellent quality, I expect just that

    This phone seems to be brand new - 100% battery life, total of 1 charging cycle, no scratches or dents, very reasonably priced compared to new. 4 stars instead of 5 cause it came with a lightning cable instead of USB-C. We have quite a few (now useless) lightning cables already, would think Jeff Bezos would understand the difference... Of course the Amazon automated return bot won't replace just accessories - we could have sent the entire phone back, but the phone itself is great, so we just ordered some USB-C cables (from Amazon of course) for a couple of bucks.

    When it's time for me to choose a refurbished phone for my sister, I coming back to this refurbisher. I found out they are only 20 minutes away from where we live so I think I will go directly to them when I make my next purchase to see if I can get the next phone from them directly.

    About the phone. The battery holds a charge for a long time and the phone looks just like a new phone. No dents, no screen scratches. There was a tiny mark on the frame but I think it was just a mark due to a manufacturing defect when it left the iPhone factory. You can't see it anyway because it's in my phone case and looks and works like a brand new phone.

    Phone came in good physical conditions. No signs of wear and tear. However, the battery health is at 92% which I thought wouldn’t be too bad of an issue. Nonetheless, after charging the phone to 75% my battery has drained to 35% in an hour. Not to mention that the phone itself feels hot too.
