    We needed a speaker for Friday dance parties at the end of the school day for our 6th graders. It needed to be loud enough to cover quite an area of the hallway and so all 4 classes could hear it to come out. It is more than easy to use and definitely loud enough!! Love it!

    This is one of the better purchases Ive made. I bought one over a year ago and liked it so much that I bought another and paired them in stereo. It sounds so cool in a room! Lol my second one is actually at my mother-in-laws house right now. The sound a single unit can put out is surprising. People who hear it are often caught off guard on how loud it can get.

    Download the app as well and you'll have some great control over the EQ.

    My recommendation is to keep the lighting off and save on a lot of battery life. It's just a novelty anyways. The basebooster is cool and I use it on my own quite a bit but in bigger settings, I turn it off and add a bit more battery life to a unit.

    The battery life seems to be well over 8 hours easy. Probably closer to 12 depending on how you use it. Like I said, I love these things. You will NOT be dissapointed.

    Sound quality is nice and clean - bass is slightly lacking even with bass-boost option, but honestly most people wont care
    Battery - seems to die a little quicker than I expected. It is supposed to last 12 hours but I feel like 4-7 is more accurate depending on use and settings
    Bluetooth - I had a hell of a time setting this up. For some reason I had to reset the speaker 5-6 times and restart my devices 2 times before the speaker connected. I used the soundcore app to update drivers once I did get it to connect, haven't had problems since.

    Just got this a the patio table by the pool to replace a JBL flip 4 and the sound is great! No need to keep the doors open for the inside speakers. May get one more for other side of yard but plenty loud, clear, and good bass with 1 unit in large backyard.

    I just bought two of these speakers.
    The first one is working fine, but I’m the second one is the complete opposite . The bass is buzzing so bad that I can’t even pair both speakers and pretend that everything is fine. This speaker has a great price tag only if it’s working perfectly, ya gotta do better with quality control or somethin !!

    I got this thing refurb for $47 bucks.....WAY better than the JBL flip 5 for the price. It is right there with the flip 5 in terms of loundness and quality. I was having a lot of sync problems with the flip 5 and the thing would only last 2-2.5 hours at full volume.......That is a joke for the price. This soundcore for 47 bucks tho last just about 6-7 hours for me full volume and lights on......get 10-11 from no lights.

    The thing just works and it works great!!!! The sound is dang near 1 for 1 with the flip 5. and it last WAY longer.

    Buy this.
