    Happy to have found the Amazon Renewed laptops. I've been looking for something with a USB-C Lightening port and a backlit keyboard. Seems to be a rare unicorn unless you want to spend $800+. This Dell Latitude was the perfect option for just under $320 including tax. I wanted this as my personal laptop for the versatility of using my port replicator at my desk and easy portability with a keyboard that self lights. This is a used laptop so there is some wear on the case. I bought a cover for $24 or you can even buy a whole new case if it's an issue with you. Mine didn't come with a smart card reader which to me is just an eyesore anyway. I tested all the ports and they work perfectly. The screen and keyboard are perfect as well. The software is clean and set up without issue. I tested the 42WH battery on startup, installed all the updates, upgraded to Windows 11 and started installing my data and apps. I had 16% battery after 3.5 hours of continuous downloading and installing. If you need an upgraded system, need something for your kids or are a starving student, Amazon Renewed is an excellent option.

    Excellent laptop. I wish battery lasts longer. I always have it plugged in for charging. With full battery charge, it could last around 2-4 hiura. Other than shorter battery life everything else seem to function well.

    Laptop is overall in great condition...on the outside that is. The charger provided by the seller appears to be the proper one for this device, but does not work. The indicator light on the power supply comes on but no power is being supplied by the USB-C connection. To confirm that it was the charger and not the port on the device, I tested it on other devices without any luck. (iPad Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and ROG Ally) When it came to the RAM, I ran the following command in PowerShell: "Get-WmiObject Win32_PhysicalMemory | Select-Object Speed" which outputted the 2 dims and their speeds, 1 being 3200Mhz and 2 being 2667Mhz. Which can be seen in the attached screenshot. My theory is that the seller "upgraded" the memory to sell the device at a higher price, but did not confirm that the speeds were uniform. Amazon support did help with the Charger issue but I haven't reached out about the RAM discrepancies.

    I’m probably riding this review a little bit early.

    Everything works so far. performance is great. Passed all the tests I could run with flying colors. I still have not found any CPU test to run that I liked. So that is still coming.

    The only negative so far is that the edges of the case were worn a bit. I thought generally these renewed laptops had brand new cases to them. That is a non-issue to me so it would still be a five star review.

    I purchased this for school. If was perfect. It has enough ram and memory for day to day course work. This was definitely a value for money. For me it was the perfect size and light weight. Set up was easy. All in all this was definitely a great purchase

    Sorprendido por lo veloz que funciona. Uso illustrator y va bien. No soy de exigirle mucho a la laptop, asi que lo uso eso solo abierto y va de maravilla.
    Tengo el modelo Dell que es táctil, lo que hace mas cómodo todo. Funciona muy bien.
    Además de tener la huella y el teclado retroiluminado. Aun mas cómodo por la noche.

    Compre el modelo Excelente porque quería tenerla como nueva... Lo de la batería fue una decepción, debido a que viajo mucho, necesito que la computadora dure el tiempo que dice... pero entiendo que compre un modelo usado pero en excelentes condiciones, y cumplió.

    Estoy muy feliz por la compra que he hecho. Es una nave la computadora, la recomiendo para usuario como yo, estudiantes , que debemos instalar programas pesados como adobe y que vaya bien.
    No juego a ningún juego, pero seguramente si le pongo el GTA V lo corra bien.

    Ah también la pantalla se abre 180° , todavía no lo puse en practica, pero seguramente sea muy cómodo.

    Le pondría 3 estrellas x la batería, pero como todo lo demás esta perfecto, me parece deshonesto de mi parte. Lo que muchos destacan de este ordenador que dicen es la batería....
    Así que bueno, próxima inversión no será agregar mas ram, si no comprar una batería al 100%.

    Siéntase seguro en comprar el ordenador EXCELENTE que no lo decepcionará
