    I was impressed with the quality of the phone! It was completely blemish free! I verified the battery life and it was at 100%. It had only been charged 19 times before I bought it.

    I priced one on Apple.com and for the exact phone I bought here, it would’ve cost me $500 dollars more.

    Definitely happy about my purchase.

    So I received this iPhone 16 pro which had claimed it was refurbished! Someone had failed to complete the necessary tests to make this iPhone completely functional. In the same day of receiving my refurbished iPhone, I transferred my sim via eSIM which deactivates the physical sim in my other phone, which is fine, but, when I updated the “new” iPhone with iOS 18.2.1(the latest version) the phone itself was getting warmer than a normal phone should have so, I put it in the freezer to cool it down because I didn’t want my house to burn down seen this too many time to take that kinda risk. The networkstore discounted my as a person and I most certainly did NOT feel as though I was a valued customer, yes I got a refund, but I really was looking forward to my “new” iPhone 16 pro, I was so excited when it came! I’m very disappointed that they wouldn’t call me back after several attempts to contact them via phone and voicemail. Please be forewarned here and now to anyone that is looking to get refurbished anything from the Networkstore, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere!

    I love this phone, you’re getting what you’re paying for - a great phone! It did come packaged a little… odd for a phone. You get no box or cables or anything except a phone in a box with bubble wrap! Haha I’m not unhappy, just was a little surprised!
