    Sadly these devices were discontinued. The first one has been working reliably for years, and fortunately we found two more. They do not connect wirelessly because the app went extinct, but as a regular “unsmart” manual device it is unbeatable. We now have one in the kitchen, LR and office.

    The instructions said to download the Honeywell Home app. That app no longer exists and has been replaced by Resideo. So I downloaded that and followed the instructions. I tried over a dozen times to get my iPhone 14 to connect to the Lyric wifi (as instructed) but I just kept getting an error message. Very frustrating. I do not recommend this product.

    Waste of money!! absolutely cannot get it connected to WiFi with either Apple or android devices. I’ve tried multiple Honeywell devices over the years and none have been easy or intuitive! This will be my last product from Honeywell.
