    I didn't like that thus part was not remanufatured with new parts it was definitely old tie rods on this part.

    The product was correct but at 32 days input shaft seal blew out. Tried to exchange but not with their 30 warranty period. The issue I have is, since I was traveling when item arrived it wasn't installed the day received. So buy your from a local parts supplier so you have recourse when problems arise. I gave it 2 stars for being the correct part.

    I ordered this part because my inner tie rods were worn and it was easier to replace the entire rack unit on my 2009 dodge charger. Unfortunately this product was defective. I installed it properly, torqued to spec, checked the lines, flushed the power steering and bled the system properly. I noticed a low groaning noise (kind of sounded like a "light saber" from star wars) on turns at low speeds. The rack unit was vibrating.

    I got an alignment, but that didn't fix the issue. I re-checked everything, including the ps pump and reservoir, re-bled and even replaced a hose.

    Stumped, I took the vehicle to a mechanic who concluded that the new rack was defective- either an internal valve or some other obstruction that was causing the vibration/noise. Very disappointed, will be returning as soon as i can get a different part (from someone other than Cardone, obviously...)
