    Very pleased. CD player is well-built and sounds great. Remote is quite large, but it works fine. Plug and play. Reasonable price. Excellent.

    Had a sudden desire more than a need to own a CD player. It fills the need nicely. It looks like it cost the money. There aren’t many on the market today. Why would there be? Upon first glance, it seemed pricey. Much simpler than the one I had back in the 90s, but cost much more. It not only looks and acts like an expensive player, but also plays like one.

    Bought this from Amazon so called refurbished. Received the player set it up and the only thing it
    would do is the tray would come out go in and come out again. Never heard it play. sent it back and I
    have not got A refund yet. Tried calling the 800 number many times and all you get is music playing.
    They also make Pioneer CD players which I had purchased 6 mo ago. All that does is skip as I have
    read in other reviews. I wouldn't waste my money!!!!!!!!

    Being refurbished always is a hit or miss but this plays just like brand new! Enjoying it like my old reel to reel.

    The sound and the design is good, but this cd player skips way too often.. and it’s brand new. Everytime you walk on the floor, every bass vibration from the speakers makes it skip. Impossible to listen to a full album without this problem.
    Way too sensitive in my opinion, they should have built more isolation.

    Great CD player for the price! One of the only CD players in this price range that has an Optical out and digital Coax out to connect to a better DAC if you want. It also comes equipped with a very good Wolfson DAC. Onkyo is really stepping up their game.
