Unfulfilled Potential: Evaluating the Anker 531 Solar Panel's Performance.
I recently purchased the Anker 531 portable solar panel and, unfortunately, my experience has not met expectations. Despite placing the panel in direct sunlight on a cloudless day and adjusting its angle and position, I was only able to achieve a maximum output of 94 watts—less than half of the advertised wattage. All connections used the included cables and connectors to charge the Anker Solix F2000 (powerhouse 767).
Given the full retail price of these panels, this performance equates to approximately $6.38 per watt, which raises concerns about the overall value. While Anker advises buyers to anticipate lower output than advertised, the significant disparity in performance is unexpected and disappointing.
