Works great, looks great! Don't mess with the other junk, get the real thing. Way more features than I'll ever need, easy setup, if you know what you're doing this is a real bargain. Using it with Callcentric for home office.

The SPA-303 arrived super quick, days ahead of schedule, and is in new condition.
All accessories were included, even the power adapter.
Works excellent with Hamshack Hotline.

I had hoped to use this with the service called HamShack Hotline, designed for license amateur radio operators. It wasn't as nice as the SPA 525G, so I donated this phone to a friend.

First of all, the phone will arrive without a power cord, in spite of what the advertisement on Amazon says.

After contacting support about that issue, after blaming the error on Amazon they did agree to send out the needed power cords (I purchased two of these) but one of the cords they sent was totally incompatible with the phone!

As for the other, we were able to get it to power up but could not get it to provision properly with our VOIP provider (Vonage Business). After wasting even more time having Vonage tech support try to log in remotely to the phone to provision it, the VB tech concluded that the unit is defective.

Total waste of time, but lesson learned. Don't bother with the (renewed) crap, just spend the extra and get a phone that's straight out of the box.

The "renewed" Cisco phone was not even factory reset. Red light bar indicates new stored voicemails and it still had old settings from its previous location. A few scuffs on the front, no power cord or network cable were included and the handset cord was a non Cisco replacement. I had extra AC adapters and cables so no big deal for me but spend the extra 10 dollars on a new phone - the power cord and cable alone will cost you the difference.

If you're buying this phone, it's for compatibility with an aging system. Sound quality is amazing and UI is passable, but sanity's merciful erosion will be your only respite if you move this phone to a new network.
