We have these phones in our office and LOVE them! They are very user friendly, compatible with earpieces, and the sound quality is great! The volume up/down is effective! There is no touch screen on this phone, and it is easy to move around with the toggle buttons.

I recently made the mistake of purchasing a refurbished Yealink T54W phone from A4C Online on Amazon, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The phone arrived promptly, but my excitement quickly turned into frustration upon opening the package.

First and foremost, the refurbished phone did not come with a power adapter. I mean, seriously? Who sells a device without the essential power source? It's like buying a car without tires. This oversight is not only inconvenient but completely inexcusable. It's common sense to include all necessary components when selling a refurbished product, especially one that relies on external power.

Adding insult to injury, I contacted A4C Online customer service to address this issue, and their response was far from satisfactory. They simply apologized and suggested that I purchase a power adapter separately. Are you kidding me? If I wanted to buy a phone and a power adapter separately, I would have done so in the first place.

What's even more infuriating is that when I calculated the cost of purchasing a power adapter separately, it nearly negated any savings I thought I was getting from buying a refurbished phone. At that point, I might as well have purchased a brand-new Yealink T54W, complete with all the necessary accessories and a warranty for peace of mind.

The lack of attention to detail from [Reseller Name] is appalling, and their failure to provide a complete product is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this reseller, as their disregard for customer satisfaction and basic product presentation is a red flag. Save yourself the headache and invest your hard-earned money elsewhere, where quality and customer service actually matter.

2 phones provisioned fine, the 3rd was locked to Verizon. We were unable to flash new firmware or reset the phone. Completely useless. I understand they're refurbished, but if we had known any of the phones would be unusable we would not have bought them.

They work great and look brand new. Some of them came with very old firmware which required a lot of work getting them up to date, but nothing too difficult. Using them with ATT Office @ Hand service and works great so far.
