I bought this speaker to pair with an identical one I already had for a while. I always thought the one i had sounded pretty good by itself so why wouldn’t 2 “paired together” sound even better? I have to say i was not disappointed when I gave it a listen! First off these speakers paired together work as a true left & right channel & not in mono. You wouldn’t expect that for their size or price point. These speakers whether paired together or individually have very crisp highs but also clear mid range & surprisingly even have a bit of thump for their size. I plan on using them together out by the pool,& i think they will be perfect in that application. The speakers have a few nice features like waterproof & outdoor mode which makes them a bit louder but cuts down the bass. I would definitely recommend checking these speakers out on YouTube to see the specs & reviews & also to know how they operate if you can’t figure it out once you purchase one or 2. Overall I recommend the speaker as well. Two are even better!

I'm disappointed that it's not clearly disclosed by Amazon, the seller, or manufacturer that this will not work with the app. I don't know if this is because the product is older than the app or what, but THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK WITH THE APP. You can not sync this with the other speakers.

Now, it does sound pretty good for it's size. I have the megaboom as well. The wonderboom is more portables, and that's pretty much all I have to say.

Would buy as a gift for a 10-25 years old, but for anyone wanting a surround sound type experience, buy the hyperboom and the megaboom.

I bought two of the UE WONDERBOOM 2 bluetooth speakers and couldn't be more pleased with them. I had bought two in the past from BEST BUY locally and loved them. BEST BUY only had them in blue. I got these two from Amazon and got them in the color I actually wanted (grey/black), and I paid almost $70 less. Success.
