Arrived in great condition. Battery has 84% life left, but works for what I need it to. Came with plastic watch band that I swapped out and arrived with a watch charger with protective plastic still in tact.

Great purchase for the price.

I ordered this Apple Watch Series 7 listed in "Excellent" condition, but my experience has been far from excellent. Here's what happened:

First Watch:

- Arrived with 82% battery health (acceptable, but barely)
- Within two weeks of normal use, the screen edges began spontaneously chipping away
- Appears to have had a cheap screen replacement or protector installed

Replacement Watch:

- Setup process was extremely problematic, requiring 7+ attempts even with proper charging
- After finally getting it set up, the watch began making unauthorized emergency calls
- Device eventually entered an endless boot loop while charging
- Clearly indicates serious hardware/battery issues

Customer Service Issues:

- Amazon's one-replacement-per-order policy left me with no option but to request a refund
- 30-day refund processing time after return receipt is excessive
- Most concerning is that these watches were certified as "excellent condition" despite obvious issues

I cannot recommend purchasing "excellent condition" watches from this seller. The quality control appears to be severely lacking, and the customer service policies do not adequately protect buyers when receiving defective products. If you're in the market for an Apple Watch, I'd strongly suggest either buying new or from a more reliable source with better quality verification processes.
Save yourself the hassle and potential month-long wait for a refund.

Watch came with all the accessories, and amazing shape. Was a little hesitant with a refurb watch, but figured I could always return it. Looks brand new, and was a significant cost savings. Battery showed 85% health, which is acceptable.

Mine included a standard charger not the Apple fast charger. Not sure what comes with a new watch. Or if using the fast charger is good for the battery over time anyway. Also, the Oxygen sensor is disabled. But that’s for all Apple Watches with an O2 sensor as they are currently in a legal battle over a patent case. In theory, if they settle the case they could reenable the feature. Bit of a bummer.

I’m very satisfied with this purchase, as it looks absolutely new and functions perfectly. Being new to Apple Watches, I struggled a bit with set-up and all its features, because there was no documentation provided. YouTube videos were extremely helpful. Battery life is a little disappointing at just two days despite turning off all unnecessary functions.

This is a refurbished watch so I was a little skeptical about what I would be getting but just like all the other refurbished devices Ive bought....I was very satisfied. It looks just like a brand new one. So easy to pair with my phone, keeps a great charge and works like a charm. Very informative health and fitness tracking, text, talk,everything you do on your phone can be done on this watch. Good value!
