Compared to other locks I had before this one really feel premium, it works perfectly well. I am not fan of the internet connection for this kind of devices but I went through the setup with no issues. Unless you need it I would not leave it connected to the internet.

These are the worst locks I have ever had!! To put them on two doors. The installation is a huge pain, then once they were in, the lock kept saying it was jammed or unlocked when it was locked. I got locked out of my house while trying installing them because I could get the lock to unlock. There is no key, so I was just stuck. I called their support, but they were unable to help. It also wouldn’t sync with my Nest app or with Alexa. I gave up, uninstalled them, and bought different locks. These are terrible!! I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

The product is fantastic - relatively easy to install, easy to manage on your phone, the package have everything you need to get it done.

Only downside is the refurbished version - I knew it wouldn't look brand new, but it was severally scuffed and dinged up, like it had been used for years and multiple people. For the price difference, probably better to go new.

Confident this product would work well, but obviously used for several months/weeks and it truly looks like it fell off and was dragged in the road. Scratched all over on both the outside and inside visible portions. This is not refurbished, this one was simply sent back out after a return that probably shouldn't have happened.
