Besides not coming with the original box it was basically brand new. didn't notice any scuffs or scratches and all the buttons felt like new controllers do, absolutely love it.

Was hoping for at least the original box but I expected it without so no problems there. The controller was well packaged, double boxed. Lots of bubble wrap was a plus. The controller was absolutely clean. No scufs or noticeable marks. It also had the original battery cover door with the phil spencer signature. Great listing.

Had my eyes on this controller for awhile, but the price for it new here on Amazon kept going up and up. Eventually, this refurbished controller came across my screen at a much more reasonable price. The controller feels brand new as far as I am concerned. Very happy with my purchase.

When I received the controller, I found that it takes AA Batteries.
Controller arrived in bubble wrap in a box. No documentation whatsoever.
Trying to find online documentation was fruitless.
