Wow. Just... Wow.

So, this thing is GORGEOUS! I was a little trepidatious at first, factory settings were PRETTY great but not aMAZing, and I had to wait until the next day until I could see the thing in what would be its native lighting when I watched and played before I adjusted the settings to optimal levels. But when all that happened and I got it set up properly, Hoo Boy! I think it MIGHT be missing a pixel or two here and there, but I only notice them when I'm surfing the net or typing, they don't bother me at all when I'm playing games or watching a movie. Speaking of which, they have NEVER looked better on any equipment I've owned before this. I bought my LAST TV, a Vizio 55" UHD QLED, specifically for its HDMI 2.1 for my (then) new Xbox Series X, and it looked fantastic, it really did - but it doesn't hold a CANDLE to this thing. It's also WAY more user friendly than the Vizio ever was. This thing automatically senses what device you have turned on and switches to that input without you having to search for it manually. How cool is that? And with Google TV, I can search for SHOWS and Google will tell me what service they're on rather than having to dig through each individual service to see where my shows are at. Pretty cool! An actual reason to use the smart features on my TV rather than just running the apps through my Xbox like I did on my Vizio. Just an amazing TV all around. If they still made them, I would totally recommend it. But they've stopped making these, sadly; I was lucky to get this one, and it was refurbished! Although you never would've known it - it even came in its original box!

I've been a fan of Hisense products for a while now, so I was excited to add their TV to my home entertainment setup. However, the experience with this particular model from this seller has been disappointing.

While I've had positive experiences with Hisense products in the past, this TV from this seller has been problematic. It suffers from frequent slowdowns and occasional freezes, which disrupt the viewing experience. It's frustrating to have to resort to unplugging the TV just to get it working again.

I'm hesitant to blame Hisense entirely for these issues, as I've had good experiences with their products before. It seems that the problem lies with this particular seller, perhaps with how they handle the product or their stock quality.

Overall, I still believe in the quality of Hisense products, but I would caution others to consider purchasing from a different seller to avoid the inconvenience I've experienced

I was skeptical ordering a refurbished product. However. Everything appears brand new. I would never expected this to be refurbished. I’m a gamer, and was looking for a tv that could do 120fps +. This tv does that. No blurring or screen tearing. Frames win games. The initial setup and linking my Gmail was a lengthy process, and that is my only complaint. I am a fan of Hisense televisions. Pretty dang good quality at an affordable price. This television out performed my oled LG television. The oled is capable of 8k, but my pled had a problem where the picture would randomly turn to white static when gaming-LG said it was the problem of next gen consoles, the next gen consoles blamed it on LG.. it is a well known problem. This TV is a breath of fresh air, and I will gladly play at 120fps in 4k compared to an 8k tv that quits working when it wants to.
Sound is clear, picture is perfect, gaming is great. Very very pleased with this product.

I needed an upgrade for a ps5, since my tv was 12yrs old. I got this based off of a ton of tv reviews and I am very happy with the purchase. it has a gaming mode that automatically engages and i love the theater sound option. Watching tv in 4k is such an improvement. I also like that it basically has a firestick built in (through google). picture quality is leagues better than my prior tv, but that was a 1080p to so of course it is. set up on the stand was incredibly easy. This was my first
purchase with amazon renewed and i haven’t yet found any difference between a brand new one

This TV looked great when it worked. However, it never worked correctly for more than a day at a time. I haven't even owned this TV for 6 months yet, but everything keeps glitching out, all the time. Now, it's doing a manual update, which it forced onto me immediately, without approval, in the middle of what I was watching. I should've stuck with the more reputable brands. I'll never buy another Hisense again.
