It came in original box brand new. Speaker is nice and loud. I bought it for my son’s travel baseball team and it does the job. Love the wheels and handle to move it around. Great light features. I would by this brand again,

I was worried about purchasing a “refurbished” item on Amazon, but felt confident with the return policy if we had trouble. This speaker is awesome, so loud, and excellent quality. The item was brand new, maybe the box was opened? I’d totally recommend the refurbished items now!

Came great condition via Ups in the original box packed well there wasn't a dent or scratch on the speaker anywhere works awesome listen to it every day has some punch and the bass is really good ,every function works perfectly amazed was leary being refurbished worth every penny
