I like everything so far with the two fans that I bought. This is my first time buying "renewed" Hunter fans, but if Hunter quality can be purchased for much less than a "new" fan, I on-board. Everything appears to be new. The instructions were fine (although I always forget a step or two and have to go back and repeat steps) and all parts were there for both fans. You do need some appropriate tools and skill to be able to install successfully. I consider myself skilled and I have the tools and it still took me between 1 hour and 1.5 hours to install while taking my time and pausing to reread directions to avoid mistakes. The quality of the parts was noticeable. I am pleased with the appearance of the fans and they do have a contemporary look to them. The remotes work well. The 3 fan speeds are fine now in cooler Florida weather. I'll see if the high speed could be a little faster during a blazing Florida summer, but I think they'll be ok. The LED light is bright and sufficient. I could not get either fan light to dim per the instructions, but that is not a big deal to me. I have other lighting in the room if I don't want the fan lights on.
