i was skeptical of getting scammed ngl but it came in top notch condition. very clean with all the parts working like new i was surprised. definitely worth the price. it was hard to connect to my phones xbox account but that was because of the phone (i had to use an ipad instead ????) anyway def happy with the purchase

Very pleased with this purchase. Works way better than the old Xbox One I was replacing. Came packaged very well and nothing is faulty so far. Definitely recommend if you're needing a used system

Bought the XBox for my son for Christmas. The console was absolute crap. HDMI port was damaged, controller was dirty and the the wrong cable was sent with it

It’s a good product, really it is, though I had some problems at first. I ordered the Xbox and it came in earlier than expected, which is awesome! But after using it for about an hour, it would randomly shut off. After that initial hour of use, no matter what, it ALWAYS randomly turned off and I had to reset it. Which really sucked when playing a game that doesn’t have autosave. I looked up what could possibly be wrong, and the only conclusion I found was that it was a possibly motherboard issue. So I returned the Xbox and got another one sent. The return was very easy and I got the new one about a week later. The second one has no issues whatsoever, which is why I gave 4 stars, because I did get a rebuilt, used one, and there really was no way for the issue to be known unless they tested it in a game for over an hour, so I don’t blame them. Moral of the review is that getting a used one is a gamble, but the company did the switch with no issues and it all worked out.
