Also - the Dremel itself looked 98% new with some very light scuffing on the tool. The case is new, but the charger doesn't fit neatly in the case because the charger (although new) isn't the upgraded version that the case was meant for. It does all fit, so no big deal. It was definitely the type of compromise I was willing to accept in order to get a very nice Dremel at such a good price.
Also - the main concern a lot of people have is the battery. Well, you can buy very good aftermarket batteries for this tool right here on Amazon. I bought one, but the battery it came with was more than adequate - so I really could have just saved my money.
