Great for my voice over travel rig

I'm using the Audient iD14 interface in my home studio for voice over work. I love it's practical design and killer mic pre's. The EVO 4 is perfect for when I need to travel but still audition and work. I don't have to disconnect anything but my laptop, it's compact, and the sound is essentially identical to the iD14.
I understand the headroom in the EVO 4 is not as much as in the iD14, but this is not an issue for my purposes. To my ear Audient gives the highest quality sound for the money.

Item was supposed to be checked and renewed strait out of the box the power adapter was bad. After finding a power cord four of the led lights around the control knob are out. No way someone took the time to see if this item actually worked they just stuffed it back in the box. This is very poor quality control on the sellers part

Can't use EVO4 without an ID transfer

The serial number is already in use by a different person (the previous owner of my EVO4) so I will need an ID transfer. I doubt the previous person is willing to contact me and do an ID transfer to help me out. Will be returning if I cannot resolve the issue. It might not be worth it buying a second hand product that is exclusive to only 1 user
