This printer took us 5 minutes to set up and we were able to print and scan right away! The scanning does take a few seconds to scan each page and then send but it was great for the price of this printer. It is exactly what we need of our home office!

This printer used for printing FBA labels has many problems and is not suitable for FBA orders. Its performance is unstable and may lead to significant issues. Additionally, there is a problem with adhesive residue on the cover when attempting to copy and place original paper, causing the paper to often stick between the cover and the glass table. Overall, this is a poor-quality printer.

This is an excellent printer. However the ad said it included the toner cartridge, the drum, connections for a computer and an instruction booklet. These were not sent with the printer and the seller stated they would cost extra. Return was accepted but it would cost 20% restocking fee. Therefore I purchased the toner and drum from HP for more than $100. The printer was a little difficult to set up (possibly because I lacked the instructions) but is now working perfectly.

If you need to print anything other than paper, good luck. The slot for envelopes is tucked inside and difficult to get access to.

Also, this printer requires a separate DRUM and TONER.

I personally had an issue with the printer making "grinding" noises. Unsure why, maybe I had a defective printer, toner or DRUM.
