    This balance board is great and works like new! The seller did a great job refurbishing (or “renewing”) it. When I first got it, I thought it was damaged because the power wouldn’t come on, and I was going to return it. But then, some searching on the Nintendo support site helped me realize I needed to sync the board with the console first. It doesn’t come with instructions, so if you don’t know (or, like me, don’t remember) how to set it up, be sure to look that up.

    So disappointed. I know the board was renewed but why sell it if it doesn’t work. They should have tried it out before selling it. Customer service was great though.
