    I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The iPhone arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described. Not a single scratch or scuff on the device – it looks and feels like it just came out of the box.

    Purchased "renewed" excellent condition, unlocked from amazon. Phone came looking pretty good. 2 very small nicks on the edge of the screen (about 1mm). Back of phone was fine. Battery level was 91% (which was disappointing to me). It looks like the screen was replaced under apple care, based on what the phone records said. The phone does have apple care till Sept 2025, so that's a small win. Phone works fine, no issues transferring data from my previous iphone. Connected to Verizon without a problem. I've purchased 4 used iphones from Amazon and sellers on Amazon over the past 3 years, all listed as excellent condition but from different sellers, all have worked out fine so far. Saved a ton of money than buying new.

    Literally no complaints. It’s perfect. Camera, screen, everything. The “only” complaint that anyone could have is that the included USB-C cable is black and not the one that came with the phone but I don’t care since I will be using longer threaded USB-C cables anyway. Battery works great too. The maximum battery capacity was at 89% when I received it and it certainly lasts quite long. So the battery was not replaced. It’s original and that’s good. I suspect the screen was the only thing wrong with the phone and they did a great job replacing it.

    I was worried with some of the recent reviews, but I ordered an “excellent” refurbished phone and that’s exactly what I got. Very happy.

    I was nervous I'd get a bad phone or a low battery at the very least but I'm impressed. 100% battery. Still have 6 months of apple care. Zero visible scratches on the screen. A few tiny scuffs on the side from what looks like being in a case. No big deal there since I'm keeping it in the case as well. Honestly a great deal

    The phone arrived quickly (although there was a 2 day delay but it was on UPS). It arrived with no scratches or outside defects so I was happy. It arrived in an android box which was a bit strange but not really an issue. I only rated it 4 stars however because it only came with battery life maximum capacity of 90%. For an excellent rated refurbished phone I was hoping a bit more battery life out of the box.
